The inaugural RHS Sandringham Flower Show, held from 22–26 July 2026, brought thousands of visitors to the Sandringham Estate for five days and this provided the perfect opportunity to welcome them into our community and our team of dedicated volunteers from across the group extended a warm welcome to everyone who visited.

Our Stewards invited visitors into Sandringham Church, which was adorned with the most incredible floral installation of sunflowers. Guests could hear about the church history and view the many artefacts as well as join in prayer and hear the organ being played.

There was an opportunity to purchase gifts and crafts from our church shop stall; a wonderful culmination of a year’s worth of making by our talented and creative crafting team.

Down on the paddock, refreshments were served. Volunteers provided a wonderful selection of homemade cakes, a range of drinks, and the generosity of our volunteer bakers and servers ensured that countless visitors left not only refreshed but with happy memories of genuine group of churches hospitality.

Conversations were shared, fun and laughter had, friendships made and visitors expressed genuine delight and gratitude at discovering us.

We are immensely grateful to everyone who gave their time so generously. From those who baked cakes and crafted beautiful items, to those who welcomed visitors, answered questions, arranged flowers, washed up, cleared tables and helped everything run so smoothly, every contribution played an important part in making the week such a success.
